Brilliant episode! I've heard of throwing a penny down a well and making a wish, but never a Desmond? Loved Desmond's line yo MIB, "what's the point of being afraid". I think it really ticked off MIB. Got lots of crazy theories as to why Desmond ran over poor ole John Locke, but I'll save it for the boards, just wanted to say how much I loved the episode and blow your minds by saying my favorite bit was the music for next weeks promo. I loved the eirie creepiness if gene wilder as Willy Wonka singing that crazy song to the golden ticket winners as he takes them on a boat ride down a deep dark tunnel. Not only was it a great culmination to a shocking episode conclusion but it brought up some great tie INS between willy wonka's goal and the Dharma iniaitive arg. Both were trying to find honest people who would stay honest even when provoked to break their morality. Also think "Notes from the underground" (russian language book hurley finds) bears further investigation especially since Desmond is now most decidedly, underground. Great episode can't wait to hear your thoughts.

I'm so glad I bought this series! I just finished this episode and it was great. The title is so true though. Everybody love Hugo! He's such a likable guy and gets along with everyone. I can't wait to watch the next episode.
